Katy-perry-lion-roar-super-bowl




PHOENIX — Like the fireworks soaring straight toward the sky at the end of Katy Perry's Super Bowl halftime show, camera phones and GoPro cameras rose in the stands in the hands of fans wanting to forever capture the explosive 13-minute spectacle


The GoPro footage, above, shows a different perspective than what more than 100 million estimated viewers saw on TV. From the 13th row, the production looks enormous, though you're unable to see the full impact of the special effects illuminating from the floor



Her performance was tailor-made for the massive television audience, but from inside it was hard to see the entertaining details — the choreography, the facial expressions and the outfits, without turning your head away from the field to watch the action on the big screens. Read more...
