A violent riot broke out in Cairo between police and fans at a soccer match on Sunday, leaving at least 20 people dead.
According to the Associated Press , the incident started just before the Egyptian Premier League soccer match at the Air Defense Stadium, which is located east of the city. Soccer clubs Zamalek and ENPPI were scheduled to play.
