Sometimes, you really can depend on the kindness of strangers.
A teenager in Raleigh, North Carolina, was only shopping for a clip-on tie at his local Target, but left with much more than he bargained for, thanks to a helpful employee.
That particular Target didn't sell clip-on ties, so the teen — who needed one for a job interview at Chick-fil-A — asked for assistance from an employee named Cathy Scott.
