A Super Bowl XLIX commercial by Fiat, in which the little blue pill turns a small car into a 2016 Fiat 500X crossover, is turning heads across the world. Because, you know... what?
The commercial features an aging couple, presumably about to do the nasty, when the man unfortunately tosses his Viagra out of his window. After bouncing around the countryside, it lands in a sitting car, which quickly becomes "engorged."
Twitter users are collectively asking, "why?"
