LONDON — Two rugby players, who were something of a Commonwealth Games mystery in August after vanishing in Scotland after the competition and failing to return home with the rest of their team, have turned up in Wales
Philp Pariyo and Benon Kizza, who made headlines and prompted an investigation by the Ugandan government after their disappearance, surfaced Sunday playing for a small team in Cardiff, according to WalesOnline
