The law of local news states that anchors can subject weathermen to pretty much any and all humiliating stunts.
In keeping with this age-old code, FOX DC WTTG's Good Morning DC forced weatherman Tucker Barnes to shed his suit on Friday in honor of Working Naked Day (which is apparently a thing).
