In order to expand its reach beyond Windows users who are too lazy to download another browser, Microsoft recently created Spartan as a way to stand up against the likes of Chrome and Safari.


In Mashable'a newest episode of Ask A Dev, web developer Brady Higginbotham explains why Microsoft may have a shot at regaining some web surfers, thanks to Spartan's Cortana integration, new reader mode and support for extensions.
